Refund policy

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

  • A restocking fee may apply to your return.

  • Returns postmarked after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. Promotional codes cannot be applied to sale items.

  • Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and hygienic liners.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

Summer Loving reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
